Amazing work by Alberto and his team. Removed 10cuyds of a failed project from another company, removed an additional 8cuyds of soil to properly grade the project. Expertly set all forms with a laser level, evenly spacing all rebar and propping it up on lifts. Perfectly poured 12cuyds including 4 large footers for a patio, meticulously stamped 800 sqft. Just thrilled with how it all turned out. Great work!

These guys (father-son duo) are life-savers! I called several businesses - two didn't return my phone calls and after speaking with two others they simply didn't show up... When I called Alpha concrete they were with me every step of the way of my project and even extra - I ended up giving them more work, since they had the experience I needed. They also took care of talking to the city for me and filed a permit, since I ended up fixing a public walkway adjacent to my property, which was a huge relief! It goes without saying that they cleaned up everything and left the work area spotless. The Alpha team literally just left my property, and I couldn't wait to leave this review. I'm a relatively young homeowner who bought during the Seattle housing boom about a decade ago. Finding reliable, skilled contractors has always been a challenge. I needed my driveway redone, a skim coat applied to a retaining wall and stairs, and a new concrete parking strip. I got bids from four different companies. Alpha was the last one, and honestly, I expected them to be the most expensive based on the reviews and the professionalism of Alberto Jr.--and I mean that as a compliment. He was incredibly professional, sharp, and had just graduated from the Foster School of Business. This guy is going places. When their bid came back, they weren't the cheapest--but only a few hundred dollars off. I knew right away I wanted to go with them. They started the project within a week and even finished ahead of schedule. They delivered on every promise, showed up exactly when they said they would, and the crew was made up of true professionals. A really cool touch: Alberto's dad, Alberto Sr., is the owner and was on site every single day, working hands-on with the team. The work is absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. So much so, I'm already getting a quote from them to replace the pavers inside my fenced yard. Do not hesitate for a second to go with Alpha Concrete. They are the real deal.

Alpha poured 1200 sq/ft of concrete for us across 3 different locations on our property. They poured a large driveway, small patio, and (my favorite) a winding path with a patio in our backyard, which will become a fun haven for the kids. All of the work was top notch and the pricing was competitive and fair to the other bids. What I really liked was how easy Alberto and his crew were to work with and their expertise on the job. The team was respectful, kind, and appeared to have fun with each other. They also quickly identified a few problem areas we would run into and suggested solutions (a step to lower overall grade and a curb to retain some dirt). They worked quickly and got the job done well, what more can I say?

I cannot say enough good things about Alpha Concrete. They showed up on the day they said they would and on time. I wanted a color of concrete from their website and they matched it perfectly but first mixed a little and made sure that was what I wanted. At every stage, they checked to make sure I was happy with everything they were doing. Alberto is very knowledgeable as we live on the Hood Canal and you must provide drainage for water which he did perfectly. He and his workers work efficiently non-stop everyday. It was late October when my project was completed but they did not forget me. They came back this year when the weather was good and sealed my concrete when the weather was good. He also gave me an estimate and stuck to it! My neighbors and friends have commented about how beautiful my concrete is! I would recommend Alpha Concrete to everyone.

We had Alpha Concrete redo the steps to our front door. There are a lot of steps that are windy and the original steps were quite old, broken in parts, and not to code. Alberto provided a very reasonable estimate but more importantly, did a great job with our steps. It was not an easy job but he managed to make the steps wider from original, ensured they were even all the way up, remeasuring several times. Alberto is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. Despite the work expanding in scope as he had to add a step or two and make then wider, he stayed in the original budget. Alpha Concrete under Alberto and his team did a wonderful job installing a new patio and walkway at our Issaquah home. Our previous patio was leaning and cracked, while the walkway was barely 3 feet across. The end result was a larger patio, very level, beautiful stamped concrete, and a standard 4 foot walkway to the driveway, and all completed in a week. They are very kind, listen well, and communicate well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They paved the side of my driveway all the way to my backyard deck, about 800 sq. ft. The quote process was easy. I sent them some pictures and a drawing of the layout and got a quote within a few days, very reasonable... I was super impressed with how much they got done in 3 days! First day, they graded the ground and hauled all the dirt and gravel, which took a lot to get the ground down the level, and set the forms. Second day, compacted the ground and layer rebar. Third day, poured and shaped it up. I especially liked their attention to detail when cleaning up. Four day, they came back for about an hour to remove the forms... Excellent work and very professional! I'd definitely use them again!

Alpha Concrete did a top flight job installing 25+ concrete steps at this Medina Wa waterfront house. 1-They made a fair bid. I collected 3 bids before retaining Alpha. 2- They paid very close attention to detail. 3- They spent more than 12 hours meticulously fitting the concrete forms to assure a good cosmetic result. 4- they cleaned up afterwards as if there had been no construction. 5- they were always on time. I saw Alpha Concrete's work truck on the highway and rolled the dice. I was a big winner. From start to finish they were thorough, informative, and professional. I had them remove our old driveway, that was damaged by tree roots, and our front walkway. Before pouring the new driveway, they pointed out the tree root issues and added the root removal to their schedule, for a minimal cost. A truck load of removed roots later, they were ready to prep and pour our new driveway, walkway, and 10' by 10' pad in the back yard. The finished product came out great. I especially love the 20' water drain they installed across the width of my driveway. Over the 4-day project, they always made sure that the work areas were left clean and safe. They came out promptly, did measurements, and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. Once I scheduled for work to be done (a few months later), they came on the communicated scheduled, worked hard and got the work completed one day earlier than expected. New driveway and walkways around the house and to the front door. Looks amazing. Neighbors came by within first 24 hours after completion to ask about who I hired because the quality and efficiency was top notch.

They fixed a broken slab in our garage and replaced and extended our sidewalk. During the removal of the broken slab, Alberto noticed some wet soil under the slab and tracked down the source of the moisture to a broken sewer line - we are very happy he found this! We were able to get it fixed and didn't have to delay the cement pour. The sidewalk they put in is above and beyond our expectations - I don't know that I've ever called a sidewalk beautiful before, but our new sidewalk is beautiful! Alberto made sure it slopes properly for good drainage and even constructed it to make it drain towards an existing French drain in our yard - something we would have never thought about. I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha Concrete again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a concrete company.

Glad we picked Alpha Concrete to do a 124 foot sidewalk next to our lawn curbing. Came out for an estimate and discussed everything they'd do. Received an estimate a couple of days later and the job scheduled the next week. They did the job in a day being extremely respectful of the lawn and plants. They even took the crushed rock that needed to be removed to a new place in our backyard! Above and beyond! The work area was always tidy and no clumps of cement left anywhere! The sidewalk is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy. They are professionals. We would use Alpha Concrete again and recommend them highly.
